This regional forum in Southwest Ohio will build understanding of what state health policy is, how to impact it and how it can positively affect health value and equity. Speakers will also explore data related to the health of Ohioans, with a focus on health disparities and inequities. The Health Policy Institute of Ohio is hosting this event in partnership with The Health Collaborative.

Impacting health policy issues in real life: Tobacco prevention and control

  • The forum general attendance fee is $25
  • Lunch will be served.

  • Visitor parking is free available onsite in the attached garage and parking lot.
  • Check-in with security before proceeding to the 5th floor. The event will be held in the Learning Center.
 

Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be made in writing to Alana Clark-Kirk (aclarkkirk@hpio.net). The last day to cancel registration for a full refund is one week prior to the event (March 4, 2020). Refunds will not be issued for all cancellations received after March 4, 2020. If you do not send us notification of cancellation prior to the event on March 11, 2020, you will be required to remit the full amount of the registration fee. Those who do not remit payment will be required to pay in advance for any future events.
